Size Exchange
Eligible size-exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached and returned in their original condition.

Shipping charges for a size exchange are the customer's responsibility unless FEMMINEA sent an incorrect or defective item.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
Any product-related claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for these claims. The video must begin while the parcel is still sealed and clearly show the opening of the package, the item received and the issue.

Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Please also provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue when contacting our team.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible refunds, replacements or exchanges may be offered after FEMMINEA reviews and approves the claim according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
