Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Yes. Eligible size-exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order and are subject to stock availability.

The item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Free from fragrance, makeup, stains, damage or alteration

Shipping charges for a size exchange are the customer's responsibility unless FEMMINEA sent an incorrect or defective item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, you must contact FEMMINEA within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition
• The issue clearly visible in the video or supporting photographs

Our team will review the evidence and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Yes.

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous video while opening their FEMMINEA parcel.

The video should begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show:

• The sealed parcel
• The opening of the package
• The item received
• Any damage, defect, incorrect item, missing item or other issue

Claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and keep your unboxing video until you are satisfied with your purchase.

Any eligible refund, replacement or product-issue claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be accepted.

Where a refund is approved after review of the claim and supporting evidence, our team will guide you through the applicable refund process.

Refunds are not available simply because you change your mind, no longer want the item or decide you do not like the product after delivery.

Refunds are considered only for eligible cases under FEMMINEA's Return & Exchange Policy.

Once your claim and supporting evidence have been reviewed and approved, FEMMINEA may offer the appropriate resolution depending on the case, such as:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund

Sale, discounted and promotional items are generally not eligible for exchange or return, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect and the claim meets FEMMINEA's claim requirements.

A valid unboxing video is required for product-issue claims.

• The product concerned
• The reason for your request
• Clear photographs where relevant
• A complete unboxing video for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claims
